DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. No deliveries will take place on weekends. 

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Domestic delivery rates vary based on districts, the rate ranges from 2 - 3 KD.

Shipping charges will be added to your bag during checkout. 

For international orders, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING

Customers will be provided shipment confirmation but not tracking.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

We ship internationally via DHL. Shipping charges may vary depending on destination. 

TAXES & DUTIES

We do not collect any taxes and duties on your online orders. However, we will ship your order on a DDU basis, this means that the product prices displayed on our website are exclusive of all taxes and duties. So, once your order arrives at your destination, you will be required to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes imposed by the country we are shipping to, in order to release your order from the customs office. Should you not pay these fees (during the period the shipment is held at customs at the receiving location), the parcel may be returned to us, however you will still be liable to pay these fees, they will be deducted from your refund.

Kindly note that we are unable to advise the amount you will need to pay for customs and taxes, or any other additional fees required by your local customs.
