WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Seham Studio's return policy allows you to return items purchased from our website within 14 days of delivery.

However, please note the following:

  • Personalized or altered items cannot be returned.
  • All items to be returned should be unused and in their original packaging with all the tags intact and untampered with.
  • Product must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused (except for trying on) and with all the original packaging.
  • We have the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the products are not returned in a sellable condition or are damaged.

 

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

You can make a payment on Seham Studio using a credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Knet). The cash on delivery option is available for Kuwait orders only.

 

WILL I BE REFUNDED THE FULL VALUE OF MY ORDER?

For orders delivered within Kuwait, if the product complies with our returns policy then you will receive a full refund. 

For international orders, if the product complies with our returns policy then you will receive a refund for the price of the product minus the return shipping costs. Please note that it can take up to 12 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Shipping costs are not refunded for items returned. 

 

IS AN ACCOUNT REQUIRED TO PLACE AN ORDER?

You can either sign up on Seham Studio with your e-mail address or shop as a guest on the site. We recommend that you register for a Seham Studio account so that you can enjoy the benefits of a wishlist and stay up to date on our special offers, news, and new arrivals.

 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I FORGET MY PASSWORD?

It's easy to reset your password on Seham Studio. Just follow the instructions on the 'CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD' link.

 

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER OVER THE PHONE?

Yes we can be reached at +965 95540300 via WhatsApp messages only 6 days a week from 10:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. Fridays we are off. 

 

CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

Once an order is placed you cannot change or cancel your order. 

 

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER AND SHIP IT TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

You can only specify one address per order. However, if you wish to ship to multiple addresses, you can place a separate order for each location.

 

HOW MUCH DOES THE DELIVERY/SHIPPING COST?

Delivery and shipping charges depend on your destination. Please contact us for cost estimates.

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR SHIPPING?

Shipping charges will be added to your bag during checkout. 

 

DO YOU COLLECT ANY TAXES OR DUTIES ON YOUR ONLINE ORDERS?

We do not collect any taxes and duties on your online orders. However, we will ship your order on a DDU basis, this means that the product prices displayed on our website are exclusive of all taxes and duties. So, once your order arrives at your destination, you will be required to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes imposed by the country we are shipping to, in order to release your order from the customs office. Should you not pay these fees (during the period the shipment is held at customs at the receiving location), the parcel may be returned to us, however you will still be liable to pay these fees, they will be deducted from your refund.

Kindly note that we are unable to advise the amount you will need to pay for customs and taxes, or any other additional fees required by your local customs.
