RETURN POLICY

If you’re dissatisfied with your purchase please place a return request via email at info@sehamstudio.com or via Whatsapp Messages @ +965 95540300. All returns should be requested via email or Whatsapp Messages before you ship the item(s) back to us or we pick it up. This allows us to process your return request quickly. If you send us your items without placing a return request via email or Whatsapp Messages and receiving our approval to review the return request and send the product to us, we will be obliged to ship the item(s) back to you. 


Kindly ensure your items are returned in original condition. Returns that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. Our return policy adheres to Kuwait Consumer Laws.


  • Personalized or altered items cannot be returned.
  • All items to be returned should be unused and in their original packaging with all the tags intact and untampered with.
  • Product must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused (except for trying on) and with all the original packaging.
  • We have the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the products are not returned in a sellable condition or are damaged.
  • All outlet and sale items once purchased are non-refundable. 
  • Returns should be made from the location where they were received; in case you’re returning your shipment from a different location, please contact us via email at info@sehamstudio.com or Whatsapp Messages @ +965 95540300 to place a request.

DAMAGED GOODS

If you receive a damaged item, you can return it for a full refund. On reception of a damaged item, please contact Seham Studio immediately for assistance at mail at info@sehamstudio.com or Whatsapp Messages @ +965 95540300. Please include pictures of the damaged item when writing to us to help us solve the problem quickly. 


RETURN PROCESS

Items can be returned by requesting a return mail at info@sehamstudio.com or Whatsapp Messages @ +965 95540300.


All returns should be requested via email or Whatsapp Messages before the shipping of the item(s) to us. This allows us to process your return request quickly. If you send us your items without placing a return request via email or Whatsapp Messages and receiving our approval to review the return request and send the product to us, we will be obliged to ship the item(s) back to you. 


Your item(s) will be checked upon receipt by Seham Studio to ensure they meet our return conditions and you will be duly notified if the return request has been approved or denied. 


You can determine the eligibility of your item(s) for return by contacting our customer service team via email @ info@sehamstudio.com or Whatsapp Messages @ +965 95540300. The team will be able to inform you whether or not the item(s) are eligible for return or if the return period for the item has expired. 


EXCHANGES

Seham Studio currently doesn’t offer an option of exchange. If you would like a new product in place of your return, we suggest you place a new order. 


REFUNDS

Your refund will be credited to the original payment sources and will exclude shipping costs (with the exception of damaged items).
